Bills were received AFTER the printed due date because the company that printed our bills closed its doors unexpectedly and went out of business. We are now working with a new printer and will be back on track getting bills to you in a more timely manner. We apologize for the inconvenience and any confusion this has caused.

To pay by phone, you will need your account number and the last four digits of your phone number. Please call (252) 999-9226 and follow the prompts.
Online payments can be made through our website. Click on the green Bill Payment tab to get started.
There are no fees associated with either of these options!
